This award is chosen by our esteemed judging panel and recognises an individual or organisation who have devoted their all to champion diversity and inclusion over many years.

To recognise an individual, group or company using its brand, which represents, or has taken action to directly impact and support, the LGBTQI+ community in the field of media, online infulencing or advertising.

To recognise an individual, or group, that has been in a leadership capacity to directly impact the LGBTQI+ community.

To recognise an individual, or group, that has taken action to directly impact and support the LGBTQI+ community in the field of education.

To recognise an individual, or group/team, that has taken action to directly impact and support the LGBTQI+ community in the field of Sport.

To recognise the actions of an individual or group as part of a public body, or the body itself, in support and development of the LGBTQI+ community.

To recognise a business with 500 or more employees which has gone above and beyond to support their employees who identify as a member of the LGBTQI+ community.

To recognise a business with under 500 employees which has gone above and beyond to support their employees who identify as a member of the LGBTQI+ community.

To recognise an LGBTQI+ Network or Equal Rights group which has impacted the organisation which they represent.

This award recognise a corporate body which has gone above and beyond in supporting the LGBTQI+ community in Scotland.
